Located in the Overbrook Park section of West Philadelphia, this new addition to a busy and flourishing shopping district is a family based hair salon specializing in natural hair care, such as locs, twists, braiding, and press & curl, as well as a variety of weaving techniques, cut & color and all hair extensions. The owner, Christena Akers, has been known as SheDoItAll for years and takes pride in being able to provide affordable, precise hair care and hair styling expertise for her clients no matter the type of style they desire.

Christena is a self taught braider who began braiding at the age of 15, while attending William Penn High School, Business Academy. She was a member of The Future Business Leaders of America and attended Wharton School of Business summer programs. She graduated from Empire Beauty School in 2010 and began her journey as a licensed cosmetologist.  Her main goal in the hair industry is to provide her clients with affordable, precise hair care and a comfortable environment to be serviced in while continuing to expand her knowledge and growth in this fast paced, highly demanded field. 

Christena also recognizes the struggle that many young women and little girls have with self esteem due to improper hair care and wants to be a mentor in the community with a few projects she is embarking on for the near future.
